Wednesday’s work
Here’s some of the wonderful work produced in the workshops over the past two weeks. The main challenge was for everyone to work from a still life, while those opting out had a go at a tricky landscape.
See you this Wednesday for a new task – weather permitting of course!

Christmas party
For the group meeting on the 19th of December, best advice would be to park around the back of the school and go up the stairs there, to avoid the crowds for the school show.

The quality of work this year is amazing, with a great range of subjects and media.
And big congratulations to the winner of the Gordon Crisell Shield for Best Painting – Mary Hill, for her coloured pencil drawing, Mojo. She was the winner of the public vote at Saturday’s launch.
Hope you all make it along – it’s a great exhibition. Here’s a couple of hastily snapped pictures to whet your appetite.
